Haval H6 Coupe shows its style at Shanghai F1 circuit

Haval demonstrated the performance of its stunning new H6 Coupe SUV at Shanghai International F1 Circuit recently.

The latest addition to China’s leading SUV company line-up was put through its paces on track by professional drivers, while media and VIP customers experienced a variety of urban road conditions in a hands-on driving experience program.

Haval’s latest SUV, the H6 Coupe is powered by an all-new 2.0-litre direct injection turbocharged petrol engine producing 145 kW of power and 315 Nm of torque. Matched with a slick-shifting six-speed automatic transmission, the Haval H6 covers the sprint from zero to 100 km/h in just nine seconds.

Five professional drivers displayed the performance potential of the new H6 Coupe with an intense stunt show, executing a variety of precision driving techniques to show off the vehicle’s flawless dynamics.

The driving experience program covered a number of urban road conditions, including a cambered road, tyre road and reverse parking simulation.

The Borg Warner all-wheel drive system easily demonstrated its performance on the cambered road, where media and customers could also experience the Hill-start Assist Control (HAC). The latest generation Bosch ESP system meant all vehicles completed the difficult road tests with ease.

To demonstrate the company’s first Coupe SUV, Haval arranged a comparison test drive against other SUVs to show off the new vehicle’s dynamic ability.

With its combination of styling and driving dynamics, the new Haval H6 SUV Coupe integrates the characteristics of a sports car and SUV and promises an exciting new era in vehicle design.
